USEFUL INFORMATION
How to get there
- Hampton Court Palace is situated only a few minutes walk from Hampton Court Station which is on a direct line to and from Waterloo.
- Trains from Waterloo leave at 17:36, 18:06 and 18:36.
- We are delighted that South West trains have added two special Festival services - the last trains will leave Hampton Court at 23:24, 23:45 and 00:13 after each performance.
- Hampton Court Palace is situated to the South West of Central London and is close to Kingston Upon Thames. It is 20 minutes from junctions 15, 12 and 10 of the M25.
- Complimentary parking facilities a few minutes walk from the Palace are available to festival patrons. Festival car parking will be extensively signposted on all major approach roads. Car Parks will be open from 5.30pm onwards on performance days and until one hour after the end of the performance.
- Cars may drop Patrons off in the Festival Car Park.

Please Remember
- Free Car Park opens 5.30pm.
- Base Court opens 6.30pm.
- A range of delicious food, tea and coffee will be available to purchase on the evening. There will also be a public bar on the East Front serving champagne, wine, beer and soft drinks.
- Barbeques are not permitted anywhere in the Palace Grounds.
- For concerts beginning at 7.15pm or 7.30pm there will be a long interval of 75 minutes within which we recommend you dine (on your delicious pre-ordered Carluccio's picnic!).
- For concerts beginning at 9pm or 8.40pm there is no interval so we recommend you dine in the Gardens before the concerts.
- Concert patrons are reminded that no hampers or other large items may be brought into the concert auditorium. A complimentary 'left-picnic' facility will be available at the West Front entrance to Base Court and in the East Front Gardens picnic area.
- Smoking, drinking, any audio or visual recording equipment and the use of umbrellas are not permitted inside the Courtyards of the Palace.
- Out of respect of other patrons please do not leave your seat during the performances. Please make sure you have visited the toilet facilities well in advance of entering Base Court.
- Please note, some patrons enjoy dancing at some of the non-classical concerts. Should you be disturbed by their enjoyment please notify a steward.
- For those dancers amongst you please respect those who remain seated. There is a dance area to the side of the stage near Block D.
